Slated for June 16-19 (with a special workshop held on the 16th), AAPL’s 56th Annual Meeting promises to be packed with educational enrichment and family fun. Following is just a snapshot of some of the exciting activities on the boards.
Education Program
To kick off the 2010 Annual Meeting, we will host the Vail Seminar, which will take an in-depth look at the various pooling regulations and practices in the major shale-play areas, including the Barnett, Marcellus, Haynesville and Bakken plays.
George Snell will facilitate this full-day discussion using the material compiled for “Oil and Gas Law: Comparison of Laws on Leasing, Exploration, and Production” seminar. Panelists will include Timothy Dowd, Rick Revels, Russell Schetroma, Brian Bjella, Angela Franklin and Greg Nibert. The full-day workshop is set for Wednesday, June 16, and is approved for six continuing
education credits.
